Q

What industries are the horizontal ribbon mixer suitable for ?

A

The horizontal ribbon mixer is used for mixing solid-solid (i.e., powder and powder) and solid-paste (i.e., powder and paste liquid) mixtures in various industries such as food additives, powder pesticides, veterinary drugs, powder building materials, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, and compound fertilizers.

Q

What is the working principle of the plowshare mixer?

A

The plow head inside the cylinder is driven by the reducer of the main motor, which transmits the rotation of the plow head assembly shaft. The material undergoes radial circumferential turbulence along the cylinder, and is simultaneously thrown out in the direction along both sides of the plow blade. On the other hand, when the material undergoing circumferential turbulence passes through the flying blade assembly, it is stirred by the high-speed rotating flying blades and vigorously scattered. Under the combined action of the plow head and flying blades, the material continuously overlaps and diffuses, achieving uniform mixing in a short period of time. The dispersion effect on powder material with added fibers is particularly evident, with good mixing uniformity. For materials requiring solid-liquid mixing, the liquid is evenly mixed through a spraying device.
