Product Overview
The DPH Paddle Ribbon Mixer combines paddle and ribbon elements on one horizontal shaft. Inner and outer flow patterns create convection, shear and radial circulation for rapid, uniform mixing.
Applications
It is suitable for food additives, pesticide powders, veterinary medicines, building materials, chemicals, biological products, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers and viscous materials.
Working Principle
The inner ribbon moves material from the shaft toward both ends while the outer ribbon moves material from the vessel wall toward the centre. The opposing flows form continuous circulation and shear mixing. Liquid spraying, heating and drying configurations can be added.
