Product Overview
The DJHX Continuous Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixer uses two counter-rotating shafts with specially arranged paddles. The combined radial, axial and circumferential movement produces fast, uniform mixing in a compact horizontal vessel.
Applications
Applications include pesticide powders, water-soluble fertilizers, dry building materials, powder metallurgy materials, veterinary medicines, food, chemicals, biological products, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics and compound fertilizers. It can handle solid-solid and powder-liquid blending.
Working Principle
The two shafts rotate in opposite directions. Paddles lift and exchange material between both sides of the vessel, forming a fluidized circulation zone. Optional nozzles atomize liquid for solid-liquid mixing. Material is discharged from the bottom after the required residence time.
