Product Overview
The DRH Vacuum Drying Mixer combines turbulent plow mixing with jacket or coil heating and vacuum drying. It is designed for materials that require controlled moisture removal together with uniform blending.
Applications
It is used for powders, granules, small lumps, cohesive materials and low-viscosity slurries in food, chemical, fine chemical, fertilizer, pesticide, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, mining, building-material, ceramic, refractory and adhesive applications.
Working Principle
Plow blades circulate material through the vessel while high-speed choppers disperse agglomerates. Heat is transferred through an oil or steam jacket or coil, and vacuum lowers the evaporation temperature to support controlled drying. A spray system can be added for liquid dosing.

Horizontal vessel with feeding, inspection, cleaning and maintenance openings.
Plow assembly and optional high-speed chopper for dispersion.
Jacket or coil heating with external insulation options.
Manual or pneumatic discharge valves.
Configurable seals for vacuum and fine-powder applications.
