Product Overview
The DJH Double-Shaft Paddle Mixer uses two counter-rotating shafts with angled paddles to create radial, axial and circumferential circulation. The design is suitable for rapid, uniform mixing of powders, granules and cohesive materials.
Applications
It is suitable for pesticide powders, water-soluble fertilizers, dry building materials, powder metallurgy, veterinary medicines, food, chemicals, biological products, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics and compound fertilizers. It can perform solid-solid and solid-liquid mixing.
Working Principle
The paddle rotors move material into a fluidized circulation zone. Material is exchanged between both sides of the twin vessel and moves along the shafts, while optional spray nozzles add liquid for solid-liquid blending.

Low segregation and low dead-zone operation.
