I. Overview of DZH Double Cone Mixer:
The DZH mixer is a mixing equipment with high homogeneity, low energy consumption, and low residue. It can mix powder with powder and powder with granules, and is particularly suitable for stirring powder materials or granular materials with good fluidity. This model is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, plastics, metallurgy, and more.
II. Working Principle:
The mixing cylinder of this machine adopts a double-cone design. Two quick-opening screw caps are installed on the upper and lower parts of the cylinder. One is used for feeding and discharging, while the other is used for cleaning and maintenance. The cylinder cap and the cylinder body are sealed with a silicone rubber seal ring, ensuring good sealing, no pollution, no leakage, and convenient discharging.
This machine is equipped with a stirring device, which has excellent mixing effects on materials that are prone to clumping due to static electricity or contain a certain amount of moisture. When adding materials, they are poured in from the top and the quick-opening lid handle is tightened. The mixing time is set by a time relay. Press the mixing start button and the stirring start button, and the mixing cylinder rotates along the axis. The materials are evenly mixed inside the W-shaped cylinder. After the set time, the motor automatically stops running. The start and stop buttons are jogged to move the discharge door to the downward position and open the butterfly valve for discharge. This machine is made of stainless steel and carbon steel, or special materials (such as PVC, sprayed polymer materials, etc.) can be selected for manufacturing due to special requirements of the mixed materials for this machine.
III. Structural Features
1. Compact structure, simple operation, convenient cleaning, stable operation, and no noise.
2. It can adapt to the mixing of various materials and has a relatively high uniformity rate.
3. Vacuum feeding and butterfly valve discharging can be implemented to achieve dust-free operation.
4. The electrical system features overload protection for the motor and controls the position of the discharged product after the speedometer is rotated to initiate a shutdown.
5. With adjustable speed, timing device, and designed forced mixing, it can effectively ensure the uniform mixing of materials.
