I. Overview and Application of DYH Liquid Mixer:

III. Working Principle:
The agitating blades of the DYH liquid mixer rotate in a fixed direction driven by the power unit; during the rotation process, they drive the material to perform axial and radial rotations. The material inside the mixer undergoes both axial and circular motions, thus exhibiting several mixing forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing. With a high linear velocity, it can disperse the material evenly in a short period of time; the high shear emulsifier possesses extremely high shear force, enabling one phase to be evenly distributed into another or multiple phases, achieving the effects of refinement, homogenization, and dispersion emulsification.
IV. Structural Features:
1. The design mechanism is unique, allowing for the use of upper and lower heads, and the cylinder can be heated or cooled with a jacket.
2. For material mixing requirements, the adjustment of time relays can make rational use of mixing time, and an automatic weighing system can be installed.
3. The high-speed rotation of the stirrer head generates eddy currents that draw the material inside the basket out, and then recirculate it back into the inlet, achieving a very significant dispersing and mixing effect.
4. Low noise, low energy consumption, long lifespan, compact size, simple structure, easy to operate and maintain.
